Up and running in five minutes.
All you need is an iPhone or iPad and an administrator account in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- 1
Install EnkiAdmin
EnkiAdmin is coming soon to the App Store. Get launch updates and we’ll tell you when it’s available.
- 2
Set up App Lock
On first launch, choose an App Lock passcode of at least 12 characters with letters and numbers, and turn on Face ID if you like. Keep the passcode somewhere safe: EnkiCube can’t recover it.
- 3
Add your first tenant
Choose Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and sign in with your admin account on Microsoft’s or Google’s own sign-in page.
Microsoft 365
- Microsoft shows a “Permissions requested” screen. That’s expected: it lists the read access the app needs.
- A Global Administrator can tick Consent on behalf of your organization so other admins aren’t asked again.
- If your organization only allows approved apps, an admin approves EnkiAdmin once in the Entra admin center.
Google Workspace
- Sign in with a super admin, or an admin with the roles for what you want to do.
- If your organization limits third-party apps, a super admin allows EnkiAdmin in the Admin console under Security › Access and data control › API controls.

Approve changes the first time you make one
The first time you reset a password, change a licence or run offboarding, Microsoft or Google asks you to approve that permission. For Exchange Online features, use Approve for this tenant in the app. After that, sensitive changes just ask for Face ID.
- 5
Try a few everyday tasks
Search for a user, open their details and look at their sign-in methods. Check the Home tab for unused licences and sign-in alerts, or run a speed test from the Toolbox.

Add more tenants (Pro and MSP)
The free version includes one tenant. Pro manages up to 3 and MSP manages as many as you need, with every client’s reports in one place. Compare plans
