To help us fix a problem faster, turn on Settings › Diagnostics › Debug log in the app, repeat what went wrong, then share the log in your email. The log masks email addresses, tokens and IDs.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to use EnkiAdmin?
An iPhone or iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later, and an administrator account in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. What you can do in the app matches the admin roles your account has.
Microsoft asks me to approve “Permissions requested”. Is that expected?
Yes. It’s Microsoft’s own consent screen. EnkiAdmin asks for each permission only the first time you use a feature that needs it, for example changing admin roles. A Global Administrator can approve it for the whole organization by ticking “Consent on behalf of your organization”. You can review or remove the permissions later in the Entra admin center under Enterprise applications › EnkiAdmin.
Does my tenant data go through EnkiCube?
No. The app talks directly to Microsoft and Google. EnkiCube has no servers in between and never sees your data. See the Privacy Policy.
Why does the app ask for a passcode and Face ID?
App Lock is always on because the app holds administrator sign-ins. It locks when you leave the app and after a period with nobody using it, which you can set in Settings › App Lock. Sensitive actions such as creating or deleting users also ask for Face ID.
I forgot my App Lock passcode.
For security, EnkiCube can’t recover or reset it. On the lock screen, choose to sign out of everything. This removes all sign-ins from the device, and you can then sign in again and set up a new passcode. Nothing in your tenants is affected.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions › EnkiAdmin. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
I subscribed on another device and the app shows the free version.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Do I need an EnkiAdmin account?
No. You sign in with your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace admin account. There’s nothing to register or delete with us.
How do I delete my data?
Sign out of all tenants in Settings, or delete the app. EnkiCube holds no data about you, apart from any emails you send us, and we’ll delete those on request.
How do I remove EnkiAdmin’s access to my organization?
Sign out in the app (Settings), then remove the app’s permissions. For Microsoft 365, go to the Entra admin center › Enterprise applications › EnkiAdmin. For Google Workspace, go to the Admin console › Security › API controls. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on the device.
